Most of these brands aren't available to those of us who don't live in major metropolitan areas, so it's nice to have an online resource. I love the ease of navigation of the website, the variety of products, the free samples, and that you get free shipping on orders over $75. I have also found Sephora to be extremely easy to work with. They are extremely lenient with returns and always friendly and helpful. If you love makeup, haircare, skin products, and beauty products in general, Sephora is the place for you! . It is great if you love high-end cosmetics, though.
